VitalCaring Group in Texas seeks a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders in patients at home.
You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with nurses and therapists while traveling between patient homes. Ideal candidates have a Master’s/Doctoral degree in SLP, state licensure, CCC-SLP preferred, and a passion for autonomous, patient-centered care.
