FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare as an independent contractor in Henderson and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one treatment to patients of all ages, using our intuitive EMR to document progress and outcomes.

You must hold an active California SLP license with CCC from ASHA, and have reliable transportation and a smartphone. Flexible scheduling and supportive admin staff back your practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state
• CCC certification required by ASHA
• Completion of an accredited SLP program

• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
• Determine and implement the plan of care; deliver one-on-one treatment.

FeldCare Connects, an app based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Henderson and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
• Reliable personal transportation
• Smartphone
• Bilingual a plus!
