Job summary

Bridgeway Health and Rehab is actively seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to plan, organize, develop, and direct Speech Language Pathology services in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This per diem/PRN role focuses on maintaining the highest quality resident care.

Responsibilities include delivering quality speech therapy services, evaluating data for treatment planning, developing goals, and ensuring documentation in NetHealth EMR.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP).
• Active SLP license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals.
• Evaluate and obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with target list, short-term and long-term goals.
• Instruct patient, family, and staff in speech-language procedures for daily carryover.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR systems.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols with site coordination.
• Participate in screening protocols to ensure timely need fulfillment.
