Job summary

ChildWise ABA in Rocky River, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our expanding team. The role focuses on direct therapy for children with autism and developmental delays, with flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an Ohio SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred. You will evaluate, plan treatment, document, and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Ohio SLP license (or eligibility).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Pediatric or autism experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children with autism and developmental delays.
• Complete evaluations, create treatment plans, and document according to state and insurance standards.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other clinicians.
• Participate in team meetings to support coordinated care.
• Offer parent training and communicate progress regularly.

ChildWise ABA is seeking a talented and compassionate Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our expanding team in Rocky River, Ohio. We are growing quickly and looking for a Speech Therapist (SLP) who is passionate about helping children improve communication skills and reach meaningful milestones.

Compensation: $50–$65 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Part-time or Full-time (flexible hours)

Location: Rocky River, Ohio

About The Role

As a Speech Therapist (SLP) at ChildWise ABA, you will:
