Job summary

The Center at Park West is a skilled nursing facility in Pueblo, CO, seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP-CF) for full-time (PRN also available). You will provide speech therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, contributing to patient recovery and discharge planning.

Must have a graduate degree in Speech Therapy with an active Colorado license and CPR certification. Prior SNF experience is preferred; background check and drug screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Speech Therapy.
• Must hold current and active Colorado State license.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
• Two years’ experience in Skilled Nursing Facility care or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy evaluations and treatment for patients in rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with care team to maximize patient communication abilities.
• Maintain patient documentation and progress notes.
