Job summary

The Center at Park West in Pueblo, CO is seeking a full-time Speech Therapist (SLP-CF) to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide evaluated speech therapy services to residents, collaborate with the care team, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Colorado state license (active) required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Two years’ experience in Skilled Nursing Facility care or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Participate in discharge planning and family involvement.
• Follow physician-driven care plans to maximize patient outcomes.
• Attend team meetings and maintain documentation.

Education

The Center at Park West is currently looking for a full-time Speech Therapist to join our amazing team. We would also consider having a Speech Therapist Clinical Fellow.

Bonus available for full time candidates paid out across a year, reaching full time hours worked levels.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Speech Therapy
• Specific Requirements: Must hold current and active Colorado State license
• Current CPR Certification
