Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of quality patient care including evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting and documentation.
• Provide professional treatment for speech, language, oral motor, swallowing and cognitive disorders.
• Plan activities and provide therapeutic services for speech and language disorders.
• Develop treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals aligned to physician orders.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
