Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide pediatric therapy services in clients' homes across Colorado. The role requires travel and a PRN schedule, with duties including evaluating clients and implementing physician-ordered treatment plans.

You will communicate progress to families and healthcare team members, maintain documentation, and support education for clients and families while coordinating with the Clinical Services Director.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC or equivalent.
• Valid state license or licensure eligibility in Speech Pathology.
• Registration with the Department of Health or eligible.
• Preferred membership in Speech-Language Hearing Association.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop treatment plans to improve communication.
• Initiate treatments, monitor progress, and communicate with physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulations and agency policies.
• Collaborate with team members, participate in conferences, and educate clients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Services Director.
