Job summary

Brookestone Home Health & Hospice is seeking a PRN Speech Therapist to join our dedicated team serving Kearney and the surrounding communities. You will provide in-home speech and swallowing therapy, helping patients improve communication and quality of life, in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

You'll collaborate with families, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans, monitor progress, and promote independence for patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and assessment skills.
• Exhibit compassion and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
