Job summary

Hometown Home Health, part of RallyX, seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to serve patients in Florida homes, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

You will assess communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans with input from patients and physicians, document progress, and support care plans, while upholding high standards of professional practice and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in speech-language pathology.
• Licensed to practice within the state of Florida.
• CPR certification required (Online certification not accepted).
• At least one year of institutional experience.
• Member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Pathology services and assessments to patients in their homes.
