Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes or facilities. You will assess conditions, administer tests, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and functional abilities.

The role requires ASHA certification, licensure, CPR, and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Qualifications

• Certification by ASHA for SLP or Audiology (CCC).
• At least six months of relevant experience; home health experience preferred.
• Active licensure and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech-language disorders, participating in care planning and review.
• Administer diagnostic tests and interpret results, including audiologic screenings.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Train patients in alternative communication methods when needed.

Role Overview:

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay ranges from $54.00 to $76.00 per visit/unit, totaling $85,400 to $117,500 annually for full-time roles. Benefits include paid time off, 401(k), employee assistance programs, and support for well-being.
