Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, hearing, and swallowing disorders in home or facility settings.

You will develop individualized care plans, administer diagnostic tests, and provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing functions, while collaborating with healthcare teams and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• ASHA CCC-SLP or Audiology certification required.
• Minimum six months of relevant home health experience.
• Current, unrestricted license and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Develop, review, and update treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
