Job description

Job Summary

The SLP provides evaluation and treatment to patients as dictated by the American Speech-Language and Hearing verbally and in the medical record. Provides staff training and ensures carryover of skilled therapy goals.

Education & Experience
  • Holds a master of Art or Sciences from an accredited University in Speech Pathology
  • Licensed therapist in good standing in respective field
  • Holds, maintains or in process of obtaining (CFY) Certificate of Clinical Competency as issued by ASHA
  • Direct care experience required – minimum 1 year
  • Employee may be in process of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
