This outpatient position offers a unique opportunity to be an integrated member of a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is a speech language pathologist who has previous work or internship experience working with young children and their families.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Current Speech Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team approach

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy to clients in outpatient multidisciplinary team setting
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner consistent with agency and therapy department policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate, consult, and plan with other team members
  • Attend supervision, departmental, and agency meetings.
  • Attend continuing education opportunities to maintain current licensure.
  • Participate with supervisor in developing and implementing a plan for professional growth aligned with annual performance evaluation and agency goals.
