Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist for a full-time role at our Brookhaven location in Atlanta. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while delivering patient-centered care.

Compensation is up to $130,000 annually, based on experience and location, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Clinical Fellowship candidates considered where applicable.
• Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, or post-acute care preferred.
• Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by an ASHA-approved evaluation organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Perform dysphagia, cognitive, and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on treatment objectives and outcomes.

Education
