Job summary

Soliant Education is recruiting a Speech-Language Pathologist for an onsite role in Syracuse, NY for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time W-2 position offers 37.5 hours per week with hourly pay based on experience.

You will deliver targeted therapy aligned with IEP goals, perform evaluations, and collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress. CFYs welcome to apply and grow in a supportive school-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• NY SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CFYs (clinical fellows) are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete evaluations, screenings, and ongoing assessments.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on student needs and progress.
• Document services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines.
