Job summary

Sutter Health in Salida, Colorado, seeks a licensed speech-language pathologist to assess and treat patients with cognitive and language disorders. You will collaborate with families and healthcare providers, ensure privacy and safety, and supervise assistants as needed.

Requirements include Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current SP license, BLS, and at least two years’ experience. This is a part-time, days shift with 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Master’s: Graduate of an accredited speech pathology program.
• 2 years recent relevant experience.
• SP-Licensed Speech Pathologist.
• BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Assists with clinical supervision of assistants and aides, and serves as clinical instructor for assigned students.
• Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.
