$10,000 sign on bonus!

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for full-time, part-time, or per diem home health visits in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The office serves adult and geriatric patients across Atlantic County.

Prior home care experience is a plus but not required.

As an SLP, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to enable clients to remain at home.

Responsibilities:

• Make home visits to clients within designated areas.
• Perform evaluations, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, communication, or swallowing issues.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician’s orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote health and independence.
• Document care activities accurately using electronic devices.

Qualifications:

• Current NJ Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or equivalent, or be eligible and awaiting certification exam.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
