Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy across a flexible, per-diem schedule. You’ll work with clients of all ages to improve speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing functions in their homes.

Responsibilities include evaluations, creating individualized care plans, documentation in our secure EMR, and collaboration with families and an interdisciplinary team. Massachusetts license and CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 1+ year of home health experience.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
