Responsible for providing care to patients with neurological, swallowing, speech-language, cognitive, pragmatic, voice, and other related disorders requiring intervention by a Speech-Language Pathologist through an interdisciplinary approach. Utilizes rehab processes to promote and restore optimal health and well-being. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Qualifications
  • Masters degree (required)
  • One year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (preferred: Home Care or Long Term Care experience)
  • Membership in Colorado Speech-Language Hearing Association (CSHA)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Membership in American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Current Colorado driver’s license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (required); CPR/AED preferred

This role involves medium physical work, exerting/lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.

This PRN position covers home health needs Monday through Friday, with shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, no weekends or holidays. A minimum of 1-year experience is required.

Pay Range: $34.56-$50.14/hour. Shift: Days.
