Position Overview

As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will deliver skilled care to patients in their homes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You may also serve as a Clinical Fellowship Supervisor, mentoring future SLPs and overseeing their clinical development while maintaining your patient care responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor speech-language pathology clinical fellows.
• Develop individualized learning plans for each fellow.
• Evaluate and support fellows' progress and competencies.
• Provide feedback to enhance clinical skills.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to facilitate learning experiences.
• Ensure compliance with certification and licensure standards.
• Support clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice discussions.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate supervision documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license or certification.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Preferred: clinical experience and supervision/mentoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of speech therapy practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Organizational and managerial abilities.
