The Lakes Home Care is seeking a Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will work with patients across neonatal to geriatric ages to support speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities include assisting with assessments, implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with the care team to improve communication outcomes in various settings.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss treatment plans and patient progress.
