Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in alignment with departmental policies and referrals.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and ASHA certification within one year of hire. BLS certification and emergency response readiness are also expected. Preference for at least one year of practice with patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• State licensure in applicable state required.
• ASHA certification within 1 year of hire, with supervisor's discretion extension.
• BLS certification required.
