Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse patients in accordance with department policies.

The position requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, current or provisional SLP licensure in Oklahoma, and ASHA certification within 1 year of hire plus BLS. Preferred one year of experience; emergency response readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current or provisional SLP licensure in Oklahoma.
• ASHA certification within 1 year of hire; BLS certification required.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience; experience with patients of all ages.

Position Details:

Education: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
Licensure: Current or provisional Speech Language Pathologist license in applicable State of practice.
Experience:
Certifications: Certification from American Speech and Hearing Association within 1 year of hire, extension at discretion of leader and clinical fellowship supervisor. BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
Preferred Experience: One year of experience. Experience in caring for patients of all ages preferred.
