Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a compassionate team. The role requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current or provisional SLP license in the practicing state.

ASHA certification within 1 year of hire and BLS certification are required before independent patient care. The position emphasizes emergency responsiveness and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current or provisional Speech Language Pathologist licensure in the applicable state of practice.
• ASHA certification within 1 year of hire; renewal at discretion of leader and supervisor.
• BLS certification; certifications must be current before working with patients independently.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: one year of experience; experience with patients of all ages is a plus.
