Job summary

Montgomery County Memorial Hospital is seeking a licensed staff therapist to evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, and to provide ongoing assessments. This role requires a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and active licensure eligibility.

The position also involves program development, interprofessional communication, and departmental support. The successful candidate will participate in in-services, paperwork, and general management duties, with opportunities for growth in a

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Licensed therapist eligibility or credentialing.
• Experience in clinical evaluation and therapy planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, examine, treat, and monitor patients; provide ongoing assessment.
• Perform necessary paperwork and reporting.
• Plan and develop new programs within the department.
• Maintain communication with patients, families, caregivers, physicians, and site staff.
• Present in-services and trainings.
• Assist in general management of the department.
• Perform other duties as required.
