Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive assessments and individualized therapy across pediatric and adult caseloads at our Pueblo, CO location.

You will develop and execute evidence-based plans, document outcomes, and collaborate with families, educators, and care teams while meeting quarterly growth targets.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology and active licensure.
• Experience delivering evidence-based speech therapy across pediatric and/or adult caseloads.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive assessment and treatment plans.
• Proven track record of achieving quarterly targets and contributing to growth.
• Strong documentation skills; maintain accurate client records and therapy metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy assessments and plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients across caseload.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Document sessions, outcomes, and therapy metrics in client records.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and teachers to support goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay updated on innovations in speech therapy.
• Meet quarterly targets and contribute to pipeline-generated growth within territory.
• Participate in on-site program planning and contribute to service expansion initiatives.
• Present therapy outcomes and program impact to supervisors during reviews.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate referrals to relevant specialists when needed.
