Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Farmington, NM team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, delivering evidence-based therapy and monitoring progress.

You will develop individualized therapy plans with measurable goals, document outcomes in the EHR, and collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client success while meeting quarterly productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with state registration.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy using data-driven progress monitoring.

Experience/Qualifications
