Job summary

Novant Health, Bolivia, NC Brunswick Medical Center, is seeking a Speech Therapist for a full-time outpatient setting. You will work with an interdisciplinary rehab team to help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA certification (CFY or CCC); experience is preferred. Hours are M-F, 8a-5p, with one weekend rotation per month.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy program.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• Current ASHA certification (CFY or CCC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of diagnoses and acuity levels
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and recovery strategy
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from accredited Speech Therapy program, required.
• Experience: Preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state Speech Therapy license, required. Current ASHA certification (CFY or CCC), required.
