Novant Health is seeking a Speech Therapist for an outpatient setting in Bolivia, NC (Brunswick Medical Center). This full-time role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team to deliver hands-on, personalized therapy that helps patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.

Education: HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree and accredited speech therapy program completion expected; licensure and ASHA CFY/CCC certification required.

Qualifications

• ASHA CFY or CCC certification required.
• State licensure required for Speech Therapy.
• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy program.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of diagnoses and acuity levels.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and recovery strategies.
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

Your Role & Impact:
As a Speech Therapistyou’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide hands‑on, personalized rehab that helps patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of diagnoses and acuity levels
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and recovery strategy
• Play a key role in delivering compassionate, evidence‑based therapy

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from accredited Speech Therapy program, required.
• Experience: Preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state Speech Therapy license, required. Current ASHA certification (CFY or CCC), required.
