Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech, language, and swallowing services to adults and seniors. The role focuses on comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in patients' homes.

The therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, and document care in line with regulatory standards. Strong assessment, communication, and dysphagia knowledge are required.
