Job summary

Ensign Services in West Bend is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and developing compliant care plans.

You will deliver rehabilitation, monitor progress, and provide guidance to patients, families, and care teams. A Speech-Language Pathology license is required, and all experience levels are welcome at this on-site position.

• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
