Job summary

The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Haverhill is seeking a Speech Therapist to perform patient assessment, care planning, and direct treatment for our residents.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles with pay up to $55 per hour and weekly payroll. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, and opportunities for career advancement. New graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Speech Therapy required.
• Licensed current licensure by the applicable state agency.
• Two (2) years of clinical experience in long term care (preferred).
• CEUs per state licensure requirements.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients/residents and develop appropriate care plans.
• Evaluate patients/residents and provide direct treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Participate in clinical team process and contribute to team meetings and decision-making.
• Provide teaching and training to care giver staff and supervisors.
• Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor.
