Storybrook Care and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Collins seeks a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment, improving patients’ quality of life in a skilled nursing setting.
You will join a team focused on compassionate care, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with therapists and physicians. Prior SNF experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Full-time or Part-time - Variable Shift based on 90% productivity
$40 - $50 / Hour depending on experience
The Speech Language Pathologist reports to the manager/director and performs speech language pathology services (both evaluation and treatment) as assigned by that manager/director.
Open to new graduates as well as students needing fellowship experience.
