Job summary

Eden II Program in New York is seeking a Speech Coordinator to oversee speech services within our early childhood program. You will supervise speech therapists, clinical fellows, and interns while delivering direct services to students as needed.

Responsibilities include creating therapists' schedules, providing clinical support, observing staff, reviewing IEPs and progress notes, and completing staff evaluations to ensure high-quality therapy across all caseloads.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed SLP in NYS with NYS TSSLD.
• At least 3 years of experience with students with Autism.
• Experience using ABA principles and AAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise speech therapists, clinical fellows, and interns.
• Create therapists' schedules and provide clinical support.
• Observe therapists and fellows and complete evaluations.
• Review IEPs and progress notes.
• Provide direct services to students when needed.
