Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and support patients with speech and communication challenges using evidence-based therapies in a patient-centered environment.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful improvements. This is a full-time on-site role supporting diverse patient populations.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Mansioni

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
