You’ll evaluate, assess, develop and administer individualized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation, and document patient progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification required.
• CCC Certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
