Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist at our Nittany Valley location in Pennsylvania. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs, create personalized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include state licensure, CCC-SLP, CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire), and a master9s degree preferred (or bachelor9s with field experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Certification: CCC-SLP (Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Certification).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Formation

Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
