Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop personalized plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapy to optimize outcomes in a supportive inpatient setting.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to helping patients regain communication abilities.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Mansioni

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
