Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Altamonte Springs in the United States seeks a Speech Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing skills in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. You will evaluate, develop, and adjust individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using advanced therapy tools.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (ASHA) certification.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Mansioni

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
