Encompass Health, the nation’s largest rehabilitation company, invites you to join our Rochester, NH team as a Speech Pathologist. This role focuses on helping patients overcome speech and communication challenges in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

You will evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation, track progress, and celebrate patient victories along the way.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
