Job Description - SPEECH PATHOLOGIST POOL (Temple-Fox Chase Cancer Center)(day shift) (252264)

Position Overview

Diagnoses and treats speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing disorders within a clinical (inpatient and outpatient) setting. Participates in established speech pathology programs, including patient care and education. Establishes treatment programs and/or implements comprehensive discharge plans. Directs support personnel within the scope of practice.

Qualifications
  1. CCC-SLP (Certificated Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) and SLP-LIC are both required, or CFY (Clinical Fellow Year) is required.
  2. Education: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required).
  3. Experience: Not Applicable; no prior experience required or preferred.
  4. Licenses/Certifications:
    1. CCC-SLP - Cert Clinical Competence SLP (Required)
    2. SLP-LIC - PA Speech Pathologist License (Required)
    3. BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
