Job summary

Sentara Therapy Center Healthy Way is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for pediatrics. You will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve speech, language, swallowing, voice, and fluency disorders. Provide education for clients and caregivers.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, VA license, NBCOT, and BLS. Base pay ranges from $94,265.60 to $139,048 annually, with potential bonuses and shift incentives.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
• Licensed in Virginia; board certification preferred.
• BLS certification may be required or pursued.
• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs for speech, language, swallowing, voice and fluency.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
