This position will involve working with Adult and Pediatric patients.
Speech-language pathologists assess, diagnose, treat, and help to prevent speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults. They will develop or implement treatment plans for problems that include, but are not limited to, stuttering, delayed language, swallowing disorders, inappropriate pitch or harsh voice problems, and social communication disorders.
Required: License or Provisional License of Speech Language Pathology active in the state of Missouri.
For Provisional Licenses, additional requirements are as follows:
Supervision requirements as outlined in Missouri State Statutes must be met.
The Board approved national examination must be passed within 12 months of receiving the provisional license.
BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire
