About the role

Empower Healthcare offers an innovative model focused on improving health, wellbeing, and quality of life. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will deliver speech pathology services to home care and NDIS clients in Perth's Northern Suburbs. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality speech pathology assessments and management for dysphagia, language, and speech
  • Working with individuals aged 65 and over using a person-centered approach
  • Autonomously prioritizing tasks, maintaining records, and preparing reports
  • Collaborating with clinicians to develop progressive care plans promoting independence and wellbeing
Support from our home care team will assist with scheduling and routing your appointments.

About you

We seek a passionate individual eager to make a difference. You should have an enthusiastic, proactive attitude, be outcome-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service. You must have:

  • A current Driver's license and own vehicle
  • An accredited speech pathology degree by Speech Pathology Australia
  • Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist status with Speech Pathology Australia
  • A recent National Police Certificate (within last 3 years)
