Southcoast Health in New Bedford, MA is seeking a Speech Pathologist for per diem day shifts at St. Luke’s Hospital with coverage at Tobey. You’ll join Rehabilitation Services, delivering expert evaluation and treatment to diverse patient populations.

• Cover St. Luke’s Hospital – New Bedford, with coverage at Tobey as needed.

We are searching for a talented Speech Pathologist

Hours: Per Diem

Shift:Day shift with 1 weekend shift every 4th week, 1 minor, 1 major holiday; shift varies

Location: St. Luke’s Hospital – New Bedford, MA; Includes coverage at Tobey

Responsibilities

Under direction of individually assigned Team Leader, Rehabilitation Services or designee, perform diversified patient care and related duties within and in support of the Rehabilitation Services Department.

Qualifications

• A Masters Degree in Speech/Language Pathology is required.

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-ASHA) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association is required.

• Current Massachusetts License in Speech Pathology is required.

• One (1) year of experience is preferred.

• CPR certification required.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $55.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
