As a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, we offer strong career growth, licensure requirements, CCC certification, CPR training within 30 days, and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification required.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required or in process.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
