Job summary
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lower Providence is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to support patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in Bucks County. You will develop and administer personalized treatment plans, assess progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
Applicants must hold current state licensure or certification, complete CCC, CPR, and preferably a Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Certification of Clinical Communication (CCC) completed.
- CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
- Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
- Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
- Celebrating patient victories along the way.
