Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital Of Lower Providence in Bucks County is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our national inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, plan, and administer personalized speech and language therapy for patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires state licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master's degree preferred (Bachelor's with field experience acceptable).

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language therapy plans for patients.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress throughout therapy.

Education

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience

CCC Certification (Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence)

CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire
