Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) required or expected to be obtained.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; a Bachelor's degree with field experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language impairments.
• Identify issues and modify therapy approaches as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and support ongoing communication recovery.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Bachelor's degree in related field with field experience
